Microsoft Teams Connector
Connect to Microsoft Teams to import joined teams, channels, and messages.

Setup Instructions
1. Navigate to Data Integrations
Go to one of your flows, click the Data Integrations tab and select Select an Integration.
2. Select Microsoft Teams
Search for Teams in the list and click Connect.
3. Authenticate
Click Connect with Microsoft and sign in with your Microsoft account. No additional credentials needed.
Note: Reading channel messages requires admin consent for the
ChannelMessage.Read.Allpermission. Ask your Microsoft 365 admin to grant this if the connector cannot access messages.
4. Configure the Connector
- Connector Name: A descriptive name (e.g., "Microsoft Teams")
- Max Messages per Channel: Maximum number of messages to import per channel (default:
200)
Note: On every sync, a new version of your data is created. Up to 5 versions are stored by default.
