Email IMAP / POP3 Connector

Connect to any email account via IMAP or POP3 to import emails.

Setup Instructions

1. Navigate to Data Integrations

Go to one of your flows, click the Data Integrations tab and select Select an Integration.

2. Select Email IMAP / POP3

Search for Email in the list and click Connect.

3. Get Your Credentials

Common server settings:

• Gmail: imap.gmail.com:993 — you must use an App Password (Google Account → Security → App Passwords)
• Outlook/Microsoft 365: outlook.office365.com:993
• Yahoo: imap.mail.yahoo.com:993 — you must use an App Password

4. Configure the Connector

• Connector Name: A descriptive name
• Protocol: IMAP (recommended) or POP3
• Host: Your mail server (e.g., imap.gmail.com, outlook.office365.com)
• Port: 993 for IMAP SSL, 995 for POP3 SSL
• Email: Your full email address
• Password: Your email password or App Password
• Use SSL: Enabled (recommended)

Note: On every sync, a new version of your data is created. Up to 5 versions are stored by default.
