SharePoint Connector
Connect to Microsoft SharePoint to import sites, document libraries, and custom list data.

Setup Instructions
1. Navigate to Data Integrations
Go to one of your flows, click the Data Integrations tab and select Select an Integration.
2. Select SharePoint
Search for SharePoint in the list and click Connect.
3. Authenticate
Click Connect with Microsoft and sign in with your Microsoft account. No additional credentials needed.
4. Configure the Connector
- Connector Name: A descriptive name (e.g., "SharePoint Docs")
- Max Files per Library: Maximum number of files to import per document library (default:
500) - Max Items per List: Maximum number of items to import per SharePoint list (default:
500) - Import Custom Lists: Enable to import items from custom SharePoint lists in addition to document libraries (default: on)
Note: On every sync, a new version of your data is created. Up to 5 versions are stored by default.
