NetSuite Connector

Setup Instructions
1. Navigate to Data Integrations
Go to one of your flows, click the Data Integrations tab and select Select an Integration.
2. Select NetSuite
Search for NetSuite in the list and click Connect.
3. Set Up Token-Based Authentication
Create the Integration:
- In NetSuite, go to Setup → Integration → Manage Integrations
- Create a new integration and enable Token-Based Authentication
- Copy the Consumer Key and Consumer Secret
Create an Access Token:
- Go to Setup → Users/Roles → Access Tokens
- Create a new token for your integration and user
- Copy the Token ID and Token Secret
4. Configure the Connector
- Connector Name: A descriptive name (e.g., "NetSuite Finance")
- Account ID: Your NetSuite account ID (e.g.,
1234567, or1234567_SB1for sandbox) - Consumer Key and Consumer Secret: From your integration record
- Token ID and Token Secret: From your access token
Note: On every sync, a new version of your data is created. Up to 5 versions are stored by default.
