Outlook Calendar Connector
Connect to Outlook Calendar to import calendars and events.

Setup Instructions
1. Navigate to Data Integrations
Go to one of your flows, click the Data Integrations tab and select Select an Integration.
2. Select Outlook Calendar
Search for Outlook Calendar in the list and click Connect.
3. Authenticate
Click Connect with Microsoft and sign in with your Microsoft or Office 365 account. Grant calendar read access when prompted.
4. Configure the Connector
- Connector Name: A descriptive name (e.g., "Outlook Calendar")
- Calendar (optional): Specific calendar name to import — leave blank to import all calendars
- Date Range (optional): Limit the import to a specific time range
Note: On every sync, a new version of your data is created. Up to 5 versions are stored by default.
