Setup Instructions
1. Navigate to Data Integrations
Go to one of your flows, click the Data Integrations tab and select Select an Integration.
2. Select QuickBooks Online
Search for QuickBooks in the list and click Connect.
3. Get Your Credentials
- Create an app at developer.intuit.com with scope
com.intuit.quickbooks.accounting - Complete the OAuth2 authorization flow to obtain a Refresh Token
- Your Realm ID (company ID) is visible in the URL when you are logged into QuickBooks Online
4. Configure the Connector
- Connector Name: A descriptive name (e.g., "QuickBooks Online")
- Client ID: From your Intuit Developer app
- Client Secret: From your Intuit Developer app
- Refresh Token: Obtained after completing the OAuth2 flow
- Realm ID: Your QuickBooks company ID
Note: On every sync, a new version of your data is created. Up to 5 versions are stored by default.
