Gmail Connector
Connect to Gmail to import emails and communication data.

Setup Instructions
1. Navigate to Data Integrations
Go to one of your flows, click the Data Integrations tab and select Select an Integration.
2. Select Gmail
Search for Gmail in the list and click Connect.
3. Authenticate
Click Connect with Google and sign in with your Google account. Grant read access to Gmail when prompted.
4. Configure the Connector
- Connector Name: A descriptive name (e.g., "Gmail Inbox")
- Label / Folder (optional): Limit the import to a specific Gmail label (e.g.,
INBOX,Sent) - Max Emails (optional): Limit the number of emails imported per sync
Note: On every sync, a new version of your data is created. Up to 5 versions are stored by default.
